Pre-Order FAQ

Our current pre-order phase is May 6th through May 16th. Following the close of this pre-order phase we expect between a 6-8 week manufacturing timeline for all pre-order items. 

Please do not email us asking for updates, such emails will unfortunately not be responded to. We will be sending out regular updates to buyers on our pre-order list. Kitfox is primarily a one person show, with occasional help processing large sales such as this one. 

We will alert you when the shipments arrive to us, and will begin processing your orders immediately. Please understand that it may take up to 48 hours for your label to be scanned in to USPS or UPS, and up to a week for DHL orders. 

Please refrain from emailing over "lost" packages until the label has reached 10-days old. Please search your email for emails sent from orders@kitfoxdesigngroup.com to verify we did not contact you over an address issue. We regularly check on delayed scan packages with our post office, but encourage you to reach out if you think something is wrong - just please give our post office time to scan all of these packages in. We live in a very small town, and large releases like this very quickly overwhelm our post office. 

Upon shipping confirmation from our manufacturer we will begin reaching out to pre-order buyers to verify that nobody has moved since placing their order. You are welcome to preemptively send us an address update. Please reply directly to your order confirmation email to do this.
